Diversity, Equity

All In Productions is dedicated to supporting and providing visibility and space for new and diverse voices and talent in our community. We have a zero tolerance policy towards racism, sexism, sexualism, ableism, and all other forms of societal discrimination. Bullying, intimidation, or gatekeeping is not tolerated.

As artists in our community, we have a platform and a voice. That comes with a responsibility to stand with those who suffer from systematic violence and oppression and speak up for those who need to be heard. We take that responsibility very seriously.

That is why we stand with our Black, African-American, African, and Caribbean community members here in Milwaukee and across our country against the system that allows for the persecution and murder of people like George Floyd and Joel Acevedo. We know that Milwaukee theatres can do better when it comes to supporting minority communities and we are committed to doing so. We will do better and we are here for you in this time of need.

If you need support from our community, please reach out to us. We are actively working to make this beautiful Milwaukee theatre community a safer, more diverse space and we would love to have your voice included in that conversation. We believe that theatre needs to be a place of anti-racism and love. For that to happen, we need justice for everyone in our community.

We will not be silent and we will use our voice to protect and uplift our Black, African-American, African, and Caribbean community. We hear you, we see you, we love you, we support you.
