Erica Case: Artistic Director

Erica Case is a Milwaukee native with over 10 years of local theater experience. She was an owner and founder of The Alchemist Theatre & Lounge, and is currently serving on the Board of Schmitz n’ Giggles. Erica has worked as a director, designer, performer and more. Erica has a passion for innovative perspectives to classic works and for pushing creative boundaries.
Joy Pouros: Marketing Director

Joy Pouros began her relationship with AIP as a patron before joining the staff in 2019. She has previously worked at Milwaukee Repertory Theater, Chicago a cappella, and other arts groups in the Midwest. She received her BA in Theater Administration and Business at Elmhurst College.
Alex Scheurell: Executive Director

Alex is one of the three founding members of All In Productions, and has served in an executive role with the company since its founding. He has stage managed and/or production managed a majority of AIP’s productions, including THE LAST FIVE YEARS, SHAPE OF THINGS, LITTLE SHOP OF HORRORS, DOGFIGHT, WILD PARTY, CONSTELLATIONS, and HEDWIG AND THE ANGRY INCH. He holds a BA in Theatre from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
